4:30 A. M. to 6:00 P.M: Early morning pick up from your hotel in Thamel for the drive to scenic Nagarkot Hill town with breakfast at Nagarkot in fine hotel and its restaurants.Our city and tour guide will pick you for an hour drive or more heading towards eastern rim of Kathmandu valley to reach at Nagarkot past Bhaktapure city, as the drive leads past city hub of Kathmandu on Nepal / Tibet-China Friendship Highway known as Arniko Highway, riding along farm villages and town of Thimi and Bhaktapure, and then drive diverts north heading uphill to reach at scenic Nagarkot.

Located at 2,100 m high and some 30 k.m away from Kathmandu an interesting and charming spot above the Kathmandu valley and Bhaktapure city, on reaching at Nagarkot with cool morning temperature visit its view tower for striking sunrise views over chain of Himalayan peaks from Manaslu-Ganesh-Langtang-Jugal Himal extending towards Mt. Everest.

7 A.M. To 8 A.M: After an awesome views breakfast at its many excellent hotels and restaurants around 7 a.m. completing breakfast spending time at Nagarkot town with excellent views within alpine cool hills rest of the morning free to relax and marvel the surrounding beautiful landscapes and mountains views.

10 A.M. To 3 P.M: Our next interesting morning event takes you to visit at ancient and old Changunararyan Temple and its medieval period villages of Newar tribes, starting with downhill walk past traditional farm villages of Tamang tribe interwoven with Buddhism.Walk on pleasant trail leads you past a Shiva Hindu Temple area near Telkot village, and then our route diverts into pine and rhododendron forest with sound of birds and views of mountains along the walk.After few hours of pleasant and scenic walk reaching at Changunararyan Temple and its small village

Ancient temple of Nepal Changunararyan, located on a high hilltop also called Changu or Dolagiri. The temple area surrounded with forest of champak trees and a small Changu village situated north of Bhaktapur.

Changunararyan Temple dedicated to Hindu Lord Visnu, this temple is considered as the oldest one in Nepal. The pagoda style temple has several masterpieces of 5th to 12th century of excellent Nepalese art.Proves that temple was already been established as a sacred site in the 3rd century A.D. It is the earliest inscription known in Nepal.
